Leads the Evaluation & Insights function, providing strategic and operational leadership for evaluation, program assessment, and portfolio and organizational insights that inform learning design, portfolio strategy, and enterprise priorities, and demonstrate program impact. Oversees the design, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of evaluation initiatives while supervising a team of evaluation professionals and personally leading complex, high-impact evaluation and assessment projects. Partners with Leadership Development, Member Learning and Engagement (MLE), the Office of the President (OPRES), and other stakeholders across clusters to translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations that improve participant outcomes, strengthen programs and services, identify emerging opportunities, and enable evidence-informed decision making across the association. Establishes evaluation standards, advances portfolio-level insights and analytics, builds organizational evaluation capability, and fosters a culture of evidence-informed decision making, continuous learning, and improvement. Lead Evaluation & Insights Strategy and Portfolio Decision Support: Lead the strategic direction of the Evaluation & Insights function to support evidence-informed decision making across the association. Develop and implement evaluation strategies that align with organizational priorities, portfolio goals, and participant outcomes.
