The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a highly visible finance leader responsible for transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that support profitable growth and strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and business performance analysis while serving as a key partner to leaders across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Marketing, Provider Recruiting, Technology, Clinical Support, Accounting, and Business Analytics.
This position plays a critical role in helping the organization understand the drivers of revenue, provider growth, patient access, collections, labor performance, site performance, and profitability while building scalable reporting and planning capabilities that support continued growth. Requirements
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop and maintain driver-based financial models and scenario analyses.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify financial risks and opportunities.
Support strategic planning, business cases, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
Partner with leadership to translate organizational goals into measurable financial plans.
Business Performance & Analytics
Analyze key revenue, profitability, labor, provider, and operational performance drivers.
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecasts, variance analyses, and executive insights.
