We're looking for a Manager III, Long Term Care Contract Administration to lead a team supporting critical contract administration operations within our Long Term Care business. In this role, you'll drive performance, develop talent, and collaborate across multiple business functions to deliver exceptional service and operational results. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at coaching and developing others, using data to inform decisions, and building strong partnerships. You communicate effectively at all levels, adapt to changing priorities, and bring a continuous improvement mindset that helps teams and processes perform at their best. This is a campus-based role that requires a hybrid-schedule of 4 days a week onsite.
Job Specifications
College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
5+ years of increasingly responsible management experience
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing others
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage performance data to improve results
Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Proven ability to lead through change and drive team engagement
Experience managing operational workflows and performance objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
