Job Overview Summary
The Manager of Integrations and Special Projects leads the planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition integrations and special initiatives across Minuteman Security & Life Safety and oversees key operations functions including Safety & Fleet and Compliance & Contracts. This role partners with executive leadership and functional teams to integrate acquired businesses, align processes, and maintain business continuity while supporting positive employee and customer experience.
This role is responsible for executing special projects as defined by key stakeholders that support the operations organization.
Location & Travel: This role will ideally be based at one of our branches where corporate staff are located, including Raleigh, NC; Andover, MA; or Manchester, NH. Travel of up to 50% is required to support acquisition integrations, training, integration meetings, and other business needs.
What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
Acquisition & Integration
Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies for newly acquired companies.
Align integration plans with organizational goals to drive synergy realization and operational efficiency.
Operational Leadership
Lead and manage teams responsible for Safety & Fleet, Compliance & Contracts,
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain compliance.
Provide leadership support during change management initiatives, particularly during acquisitions and system integrations.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Identify integration and operational risks and opportunities, providing actionable solutions to executive leadership.
Evaluate current operational workflows and implement technology or process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Sales to integrate processes, systems, and teams effectively.
Ensure open communication and collaboration across teams to identify and address challenges promptly.
Project Management
Lead all phases of integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Update and refine the organization’s integration playbook to standardize best practices.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related matters, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
Performance Measurement
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess integration success.
Analyze results and implement continuous improvements to optimize integration processes.
Training & Development
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training programs to ensure new teams are fully equipped and aligned with company standards.
