Role Summary We are looking for an IT Lead — someone who will be the single point of ownership for everything IT at iDream Education. This is not a narrow infrastructure or helpdesk role; it is a domain-ownership role spanning internal systems, network and cloud infrastructure, our field-deployed device fleet (iPrep Tablets and other hardware), data security, and compliance. You will be the person who ensures our internal teams never lose a working day to IT friction, and who ensures thousands of devices deployed across schools and NGOs in rural India stay secure, tracked, and functional. You will also be the one building the IT function itself — starting hands-on, and growing it into a proper team as iDream scales. 3.
