Join Gilead and help create possible, together. Job Description   We are seeking a highly motivated Manager who is passionate about person-centric HIV care to join our Global Medical Affairs team. This individual will contribute to supporting long-acting pipeline portfolio for HIV treatment by leading creation of educational content and supporting critical Medical Affairs deliverables. The Manager will work collaboratively with Global and US Medical Affairs teams as well as cross-functional partners within Gilead. This role will be based at our headquarters in Foster City, CA. Key Responsibilities As a content manager, serve as a key contributor and knowledge expert for the long-acting pipeline HIV treatment portfolio Collaborate with Director to develop Global Plan of Action and ensure alignment of team activities Collaborate with Clinical Development, Global Strategic Marketing, Global Value and Access, Medical Affairs Research, affiliate and Merck Medical Affairs teams, and other cross-functional teams across varied initiatives including strategic plan implementation, scientific resource development, conference activities, and internal training materials/support Manage the creation, review, and updating of Medical Affairs slide decks, infographics, medical narratives and other strategic resources Provide training within the therapeutic area on relevant topics for Medical Affairs personnel and help create and review training materials Attend major global scientific conferences to assess relevant information and support conference deck development and training Independently manage projects related to analysis of new, emerging data and determine relevant information to incorporate into medical content and trainings Develop and maintains HIV SharePoint Page to disseminate information and resources Support HIV Medical Affairs Advisory Programs, as needed …
