SUMMARY The Manager, Operations Project Management leads a team of project managers responsible for delivering complex, multi-workstream operational initiatives for Q2’s financial institution and fintech clients. This role is accountable for ensuring projects are scoped effectively, requirements are clear, and timelines and quality commitments are consistently met across a portfolio of client and internal initiatives. Partnering closely with Sales, Support, Development, Product, and Operations, the Manager drives cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and structured escalation management to support strong client and business outcomes. The role relies on data, project portfolio reporting, and project tracking tools to monitor progress, manage risk, and continuously improve delivery practices within the team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead, develop, and coach a team of project managers delivering complex operational and implementation projects for key clients and internal stakeholders. • Oversee planning and execution across a portfolio of projects, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria are clearly defined and actively managed. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure end-to-end processes that intersect with project management are documented and optimized. • Establish, maintain, and enforce standards for project artifacts, documentation, communication, and status reporting to drive consistency and transparency. • Monitor team capacity and workload, making informed resourcing and prioritization decisions to support predictable, sustainable delivery. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and escalations across projects, driving structured problem solving and timely communication with stakeholders. • Provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and…
