Manager, Pharmacy (Third Shift)

Job Details The Manager, Pharmacy is a critical operations management role key in driving improving patient outcomes, decreasing in-patient stays and lowering the cost of healthcare. The Manager partners with the Site Leader to manage the strategic and day-to-day operations including staffing, employee engagement and continuous improvement. The scope includes leading the Pharmacy Technician Staff, ATP operations, filling, packaging, and delivery. This individual will also act as one of the key leaders for their assigned location, ensuring issues related to human resource policy, engagement and morale that affect all individuals working on-site are handled in a consistent manner, aligned with other functional leaders. Responsibilities Achieve production cost to fill objectives, meet required level of productivity within the constraints of the budgeted headcount for available volume Disciplined and consistent approach to performance management including Individual Action Plans and Corrective Action, all employees achieve objectives Achieve month over month reduction in Quality Related Events associated with fulfillment Achieve goals for control and reduction of delivery cost per shipment Achieve inventory accuracy within 1% variance between our third party and our internal inventory management system values on a quarterly basis Achieve goals for reduction in inventory losses Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
