Job Summary We are seeking a Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement to enable the development of a best-in-class Project Management Office (PMO) supporting Unreal’s rapidly growing business. Continuous improvement is core to who we are—it's woven into our "Endlessly Pursue Better" Core Value—and in this role, you are expected to live it daily by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment, flag risks early, and keep deliverables strictly on track. The Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement will enable the success of key initiatives across the business, including packaging updates, new product launches, supply chain redundancy, and cost-savings projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard by aligning multiple stakeholders and optimizing shared resources. You will leverage your CPG project management experience and workflow tools (such as Monday.com) to oversee a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects—tracking milestones, streamlining processes, and ensuring tight alignment across teams including Food Safety & Quality, Supply, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Brand Innovation. The Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement will be a vital member of the Supply team and report directly to the Director, Innovation & Stage Gate. Candidates located on the East Coast of the United States are preferred. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end project management across a broad portfolio of business initiatives, including packaging updates, product launches, operational process improvements, supply chain redundancy projects, and other PMO priorities as assigned. Lead weekly cross-functional meetings across key teams and departments to review project status, risks, and priorities. Establish and manage project timelines, identifying key milestones and deliverables to ensure consistent on-time delivery to specifications and within budget. Maintain Monday.com as the primary project management tool to track progress and streamline workflows. Maintain and update centralized project management and packaging databases to ensure accurate, real-time data across teams.
