Manager, Pro Marketing - Security

We are looking for an experienced, highly collaborative, and results-oriented Manager, Pro Marketing – Security to support and execute marketing strategy, commercialization plans, and growth initiatives across our Security dealer audiences. Reporting to the Director, Pro Marketing – Security, this role will translate business priorities, product launches, lifecycle changes, and customer insights into clear go-to-market plans, dealer-facing communications, enablement tools, and integrated campaigns. This person will serve as a key contributor across Security initiatives, partnering closely with sales, product management, channel marketing, brand, digital, training, and agency partners to ensure consistent messaging, strong execution, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to simplify complex information, manage assigned cross-functional workstreams, and build programs that support dealer retention, engagement, demand generation, and revenue growth
