WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT This role oversees the Oncology research program for our Northern Indiana Region and will sit out of Michigan City with required travel as needed to Crown Point and Munster. Write and revise standards, guidance documents, and training guides, as needed, for Research Services. Coordinate service line-specific orientation and training of new members and staff development for existing members. Facilitate timely submissions to the FRA, IRB, and pharmaceutical companies. Oversee conduct of clinical research, according to Good Clinical Practice guidelines, the Code of Federal Regulations, State Regulations, Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont report, Harmonized Tripartite Guidelines, and HIPAA. Participate in development of new outreach clinics, and coordinate and oversee training and conduction of clinical trials in existing and new outreach clinics. Managing start up activities for new clinical trials.
