About the Role The Manager - Scientific Services - will lead the development and delivery of high-quality scientific communications and Medical Affairs initiatives for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role requires a blend of scientific expertise, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen to deliver impactful solutions and support the growth of Springer Health+'s Scientific Services business in India. Key Responsibilities Scientific Content & Medical Communications Develop evidence-based scientific content by leveraging strong Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge and Product and Service Knowledge to ensure relevance, accuracy, and scientific rigor. Review evidence-based scientific content, ensuring scientific accuracy, quality, compliance, and alignment with client and stakeholder expectations through a Customer-Focused and Action-Oriented approach. Develop scientific platforms, advisory board materials, slide decks, publications, manuscripts, literature reviews, and medical education assets that effectively support client objectives and therapeutic communication needs. Conduct literature searches, evidence assessments, and scientific analyses utilizing deep Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge and critical evaluation skills. Ensure scientific accuracy, quality, and compliance across deliverables while balancing regulatory requirements, business goals, and stakeholder expectations through effective Stakeholder Management. Stay abreast of therapeutic advances, emerging evidence, and industry trends to maintain robust scientific expertise and Product and Service Knowledge.
