Role Summary
Manager - Yarn Dyeing in the Yarn Dyeing department, Grade M1, with 5-10 years of experience.
Responsible for day-to-day yarn dyeing execution with a strong focus on quality, process control, delivery adherence, and efficient use of resources.
Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure production readiness, issue resolution, and smooth flow of work through the yarn dyeing process.
Drives disciplined execution, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement in an onsite role.
Preferred qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Chemistry or Processing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor yarn dyeing activities to meet production priorities and delivery commitments.
Ensure dyeing recipes, process parameters, and batch execution are followed consistently.
Track quality at each stage and address process deviations to reduce rework and rejection.
Coordinate with related functions to align material readiness, production schedules, and issue closure.
Review daily operational performance and escalate constraints that may affect output or quality.
Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen consistency, efficiency, and control.
Maintain documentation and reporting related to production, quality, and operational compliance.
Contribute to safe and orderly shopfloor execution by following defined work practices and standards.
