The Role The Manufacturing Manager ensures that the front-line Operations and Supervisory teams have the resources, materials and technical support needed to meet the ongoing product needs of the CMP Business safely and effectively. The Manufacturing Manager also helps drive activities designed to ensure that capital investment plans, resource plans, and continuous improvement plans (CIP) are maintained to support stable and sustainable growth of our manufacturing capabilities.
