Position Summary TCW is seeking a Vice President, Content Lead to own the firm's content marketing function and shape how TCW communicates its investment expertise across institutional, intermediary, advisor, and broader public audiences. This role turns market intelligence and investment perspectives into distinctive, timely, and compliant thought leadership across written, audio, video, web, social, and email channels. It also strengthens executive communications by helping senior leaders articulate clear, consistent points of view for key internal and external audiences. Content is central to how clients and prospects understand TCW's point of view. The Content Lead will participate in investment meetings, identify the themes that matter most, and translate those insights into editorial programs that strengthen TCW's reputation, support commercial priorities, and build sustained audience engagement. The role combines editorial judgment, investment fluency, executive partnership, message discipline, and hands-on creation. Essential Duties Own and execute TCW's enterprise thought leadership and editorial content strategy across macro perspectives and investment themes spanning Fixed Income, Alternatives, and Equities, in support of business priorities across investment vehicles, client segments, and global markets. Serve as a strategic editorial partner to senior executives, developing executive messaging, speeches, talking points, bylined articles, presentations, video scripts, Q&A materials, and other communications for high-visibility internal and external moments. Build and maintain executive narrative frameworks and message platforms that connect TCW's investment expertise, business priorities, and brand voice across audiences and channels. Participate in investment meetings and other forums with CIOs, portfolio managers, research professionals, and senior leaders to identify key themes, emerging ideas, and timely opportunities for thought leadership. Translate investment discussions and market intelligence into differentiated thought leadership, articles, commentaries, executive narratives, scripts, and campaign concepts. Own and maintain the enterprise editorial calendar, coordinating priorities, production, approvals, and distribution across TCW.com, social media, email, video, podcasts, executive channels, and sales enablement channels. Host and shape TCW digital content (e.g. webcast, video, and podcast programming), including developing episode concepts, preparing guests, conducting interviews, and partnering on production and promotion. Conduct interviews with senior leaders, investment professionals, clients, or external experts, as appropriate, to surface compelling perspectives and create channel-ready content.
