We are seeking a driven and analytical Engineering / Continuous Improvement professional who is passionate about improving manufacturing processes through Lean principles and data‑driven decision making. What will you be doing? Support and develop Lean systems and continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving production and operational efficiency Monitor manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Analyze data to develop and update  standard operating procedures and guidelines Perform systems analysis to define problems, evaluate solutions, and recommend improvements to policies and processes Design, document, and implement technical and system-based solutions , including diagrams, flowcharts, and system layouts Assist with the evaluation, implementation, and support of  third-party software solutions related to operational improvements Train and support…
