Process Technician – Plastics Manufacturing Looking for an opportunity to grow your manufacturing career? Flexcraft is seeking a Junior Process Technician to join our new Fort Worth facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who want to develop technical skills, learn manufacturing processes, and grow with a stable, family-owned company with more than 50 years of success. No plastics experience is required. We are looking for candidates who have experience working in manufacturing environments that emphasize quality, safety, GMP, and HACCP standards. Be part of a new facility from the ground up Learn valuable technical and manufacturing skills Opportunities for advancement and career growth Stable, family-owned company with over 50 years of success Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend $3/hour night shift differential Strong safety culture and team environment What You'll Do Monitor production equipment and manufacturing processes Assist with equipment setups, startups, and changeovers Perform quality inspections and documentation Support troubleshooting and process improvements Follow GMP, HACCP, quality, and safety standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams Qualifications Required Manufacturing experience Experience working in GMP and/or HACCP environments Basic computer skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Preferred Food manufacturing experience Packaging or consumer products manufacturing experience Experience using measurement tools Lean manufacturing or 5S experience Career Growth This role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term manufacturing career.
