About the Role We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Test Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing and supporting the electronic test hardware and systems that underpin our global manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing the test equipment, PCB assemblies and fixtures that ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance. This is a hardware-focused engineering role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and seeing products come to life on the manufacturing floor. While experience with LabVIEW is desirable, your greatest strengths will be your electronics hardware expertise, fault-finding capability and ability to translate engineering requirements into robust, scalable manufacturing test solutions. Working across the full product lifecycle, you will support New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp-up and the ongoing enhancement of existing manufacturing test infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure efficient, reliable and repeatable test processes that support world-class product delivery. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Mawson Lakes facility. The role also supports our manufacturing operations in Malaysia and will involve occasional travel to our Malaysian manufacturing site. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain electronic test hardware, PCB assemblies, jigs and fixtures used within manufacturing test equipment. Develop automated and manual test solutions for PCBAs, embedded systems and final product assemblies. Prepare test requirements, test plans and manufacturing test strategies to support New Product Introduction (NPI) through to full-scale production.
