About The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support and assist the Marketing & Communications team to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting campaign planning, execution and reporting across all media channels and platforms including print, TVC, native advertising, digital, search, social, radio and OOH
Work collaboratively with the creative team on briefing and reviewing campaign assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
Assisting with tracking email campaign results and planning calendars
Ensure website content is up to date and aligned with campaign execution
Assisting with weekly press ad submissions and weekly activity summaries
Assisting in the organizing and execution of events, activations and media famils
Contributing to the development and rollout of guest facing branding, signage and printed collateral
Contributing to guest communications, including emails and website updates
Contributing to social media planning, community management, search and blog content
General administrative duties
About You
You are an energetic, self-starter with the ability to demonstrate that you are highly organised with strong time management skills. You have the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations, while having the ability to showcase your initiative and creative thinking skills.
You will also have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
1 year in a similar role highly desirable
