Cambridge Technology is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across all Cambridge brands, products, and digital properties. The role will be responsible for translating business priorities into cohesive marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, support product growth, and improve customer engagement. This strategic and hands-on position covers brand management, digital marketing, content, campaigns, social media, email marketing, events, lead generation, marketing analytics, and go-to-market execution. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal business, sales, product, design, content, and technology teams to establish priorities, guide execution, and ensure consistency across all marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business, brand, product, and revenue objectives. Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, email, social media, search, paid media, events, webinars, and other relevant channels. Develop go-to-market plans for new products, services, capabilities, and market initiatives, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, and sales-enablement requirements. Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all Cambridge brands and customer-facing communications. Oversee the planning and development of website content, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, presentations, videos, sales collateral, and other marketing materials. Work closely with sales and business teams to develop campaigns that generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads. Guide SEO, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, marketing automation, and website-optimization activities. Monitor campaign and website performance using marketing and analytics platforms, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Present regular marketing performance reports covering campaign progress, digital engagement, website performance, lead generation, and key business outcomes. Conduct market, audience, competitor, and industry research to identify new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategy. Manage marketing projects from planning through completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality, timeline, budget, and brand requirements. Coordinate internal stakeholders, external agencies, technology partners, and vendors involved in marketing execution. Establish marketing processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and quality-control practices. Provide direction, feedback, and quality oversight to marketing team members while supporting their professional development.
