Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing marketing projects from planning through execution and evaluation. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns aligned with the company's goals. What You'll Do: Coordinate, supervise, and execute all projects assigned by marketing teams, assigning tasks and providing resources for successful project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact between management, suppliers, and the marketing team, providing regular updates on project progress. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout the process. Supervise and coordinate the execution of projects involving graphic designers, copywriters, community managers, content analysts, and others. Resolve problems and obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle. Document processes and results for future reference and learning. Suggest continuous improvements to optimize processes and results. Optimize time management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Follow up on daily tasks related to social media, email campaigns, CRM, content creation, etc. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with project management software and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
