Colgate Palmolive Athens plant has been operating since 1968 in Piraeus. It is a modern industrial unit with a high degree of automation. It has innovative equipment and follows an impressive course of development and modernization in all departments, such as packaging, mass production, palletizing, warehouse of materials and products. The factory also operates a modern unit for the production of plastic bottles and caps, which is also constantly being upgraded. The factory produces most of the brands of the company's Home Care category, mainly for export.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Finished Goods Warehouse team in our Piraeus plant!
The role : Material Flow Officer - Finished Goods
reporting to Team Leader Finished Goods WH and Exports
After receiving the appropriate training, you will be responsible to :
Daily routines of the export department (exports & replenishment planning, orders creation, loading plan scheduling etc)
Short/long term forecasting and shipping units demand
Daily and weekly reporting (stock levels, KPIs etc)
Operate and troubleshoot the WMS and improve its efficiency
Lead investigation of loading incidents
What you need for this position:
Academic background: Degree in Logistics / Accounting / Business Administration (University or TEI level)
At least 2 years experience in logistics position
Communication skills: Excellent command of Greek and English languages
Digital literacy: PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Willingness to work in shifts schedule
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Drive to recognize process improvement opportunities and assist with their implementation
Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
It’s an advantage to have:
Knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP)

Gross Annual Salary Range: €21,000 – €25,000
