If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to lead and oversee warehouse floor employees in their daily job functions.  WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Identifying and resolving problems and articulating the problem and outcome to the management team Understanding, influencing and overseeing the achievement of Operational KPIs for your team Proactively coordinating actions that will ensure operations are efficient and meeting requirements Ensuring compliance with SOPs Troubleshooting scanner issues Providing coaching and motivation to fellow team members and providing support with their jobs as required. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education and Experience: Qualified candidates will have 1+ years’ Team Lead experience in a transportation/operational/warehouse or distribution environment Must possess working knowledge of RFID scanning systems/devices A College Diploma is required, with a plus in logistics or transportation Ability to provide leadership to a diverse group of employees Ability to train, motivate, coach and counsel others. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with customers and employees. Must possess problem solving, conflict resolution, decision making and planning/organizing skills.
