This role ensures the availability of materials and production capacity to support on-time customer deliveries while optimizing inventory levels and manufacturing costs. The Manufacturing Planner works closely with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain an efficient production flow, support business objectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations by ensuring accurate planning, proactive issue resolution, and effective use of planning tools and systems. What your background should look like Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field. Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. Knowledge & Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment. Strong customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels. Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of inventory management, production planning processes, and supply chain operations. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verb   Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules and manufacturing plans using SAP. Create, release, and manage production orders based on customer demand, material availability, and production capacity. Partner with production teams to develop production plans that meet customer requirements while optimizing inventory and manufacturing costs. Monitor daily production performance and identify deviations from planned schedules. Manage MRP exception messages and ensure timely execution of required actions. Maintain inventory levels to support operational requirements while maximizing inventory turns. Analyze and resolve issues related to late deliveries, production delays, and inventory shortages.
