At Room & Board, we're seeking a Retail Leadership Associate to round out our strong leadership team in our Edina Showroom. Your primary area of focus will be to foster relationships, mentor staff members, and champion a customer-first culture. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position in a sales-focused, customer-centric environment. You'll spend the majority of your time on the showroom floor, with a primary focus on team development and creating an exceptional customer experience. Showroom Location: 7010 France Avenue South Edina, MN 55435 Store Hours: Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. This schedule is subject to change to meet the needs of the business so flexibility with your schedule is necessary. How you'll contribute as a Retail Leadership Associate: Lead from the floor, engaging with customers and supporting associates in real time. Coach and develop staff members, fostering personal and professional growth. Champion an extraordinary customer experience by applying strategic insight and building meaningful relationships. Collaborate with fellow leaders to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team. Create engaging showroom experiences, including events that deepen customer relationships and attract new audiences. What you bring to the role as a Retail Leadership Associate: 5+ years of leadership experience in a customer-centric retail environment, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
