Working closely with the PM and QS on any commissioning‑related cost impacts
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development
Developing and implementing the commissioning plan
Coordinating commissioning with planners, package engineers and vendors
Attending client commissioning meetings and ensuring alignment
Getting all descriptions of operations and setpoints approved
Ensuring checklists, scripts, and documentation meet client standards
Managing specialist vendors and ensuring their activities align with programme
Verifying and witnessing commissioning activities
Running and updating commissioning trackers, logs and weekly progress reports
Leading walkdowns, tag walks and system sign‑off
Managing snag lists and ensuring issues are closed out quickly
Ensuring client training is completed on schedule
