DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The Mechanical & Piping Specialist will support the Complex II EAF/Caster Project, leading mechanical and piping activities for the EAF, Caster, water systems, and related equipment from design through startup. This role provides technical and field leadership, coordinates project execution, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering standards and company requirements.
The Basics
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with 10 years of relevant industrial experience, or a Trade School Diploma with 20 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in steelmaking, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale capital projects
Experience with mechanical and piping systems in a heavy industrial environment
Experience troubleshooting heavy industrial mechanical and/or piping systems
