Mechanical Engineer, HVAC (MEP Design)

We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, and multifamily buildings in the DC area. What you'll do Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems from schematic design through construction documents Run load calculations and energy models Produce drawings and coordinate models in Revit Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams Review submittals and support construction administration What you bring BS in Mechanical Engineering 4+ years of building systems (MEP) design experience Proficiency in Revit and load software (Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP, or similar) Working knowledge of ASHRAE standards and the IMC PE license or EIT on the path to PE preferred Compensation $95,000 to $135,000 base, depending on experience and licensure.
