Qualifications Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification Compassionate, patient-focused personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
