For this role, the target hourly pay range is $23.41 to $25.23 , within a broader range of $20.81 to $31.21 , depending on qualifications. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, education, and training. In addition to base salary, we offer performance-based incentive opportunities that vary by role. These incentives are designed to recognize and reward strong individual and team contributions. This role involves performing routine banking transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, identifying opportunities to promote financial products and services, and building meaningful relationships with members. The Member Advisor plays a key role in supporting the financial wellbeing of members while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with credit union policies. Create a positive member experience by responding to members’ needs with professionalism and care.
