In this role, you'll speak directly with member SELLING them the benefits of a FREE in-home and virtual health evaluation, answer questions, and help schedule appointments with licensed healthcare providers. You’ll use scripts and an auto-dialer to communicate clearly, answer questions, and professionally overcome objections while using rebuttals. Training : 2 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance required Call center hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour Grow with us and earn scheduled pay increases: Up to $15.00 per hour within two years Earn More with Performance Incentives In addition to hourly pay, MECs can participate in a monthly incentive program with top performers earning up to $1,045 per month in incentives.
