As a Membership Director at Assemble, you'll sit at the centre of a trusted community of senior executives, shaping the conversations that matter most to them and ensuring every interaction delivers real, actionable value. You'll own the member experience for your Community Board from end to end: researching emerging business issues, moderating candid peer discussions across calls and building genuine relationships with the executives you serve. As a trusted connector, you'll introduce members to the right peers, ideas, and resources at the right time, turning individual relationships into a strong, engaged network. You'll also safeguard the integrity of the community and drive long-term member engagement and renewal.
