For more information, please visit: www.didiglobal.com/news #LI-Hybrid Team Overview The Merchant Service and Governance team is dedicated to empowering our merchants while maintaining a high-quality, trustworthy platform ecosystem. We are responsible for designing, implementing, and refining policies that elevate merchant performance and uphold platform standards. By leveraging deep insights, our team builds robust governance frameworks that balance sustainable merchant growth with a premium user experience. Role Responsibilities Analyzing Merchant Data: Dive deep into large-scale merchant datasets to monitor performance metrics, identify behavioral trends, and uncover actionable insights. Empowering Policy Decisions: Provide accurate, data-backed evidence and analysis to help the team formulate, optimize, and evaluate merchant governance policies. Collaborating on Strategies: Work closely with team members to translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for merchant service improvements. Creating and Managing Reports: Utilize tools to build and maintain data reports, tracking the long-term effectiveness and impact of newly implemented governance policies. Role Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Business, Data Science, Economics, Law, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated. Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the ability to extract, clean, and analyze large merchant datasets to produce actionable insights in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset, capable of identifying subtle policy breaches and documenting findings clearly and accurately. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English to prepare concise reports and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
