About the role The Metallurgist is responsible for developing procedures to maintain or improve plant operations and gold recoveries, optimizing usage of consumables through research and development, as well as reconciling gold and for all aspects of metallurgical accounting at Evolution Mining Red Lake Operation. This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy. The position will be on an 8 days on, 6 days off (10.5 – hour day) roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.  We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $104,610 to $141,531 CAD. Key result areas in this role include: Research and develop improvements of processing operation and gold recoveries and optimize the use of consumables. Develop policies and procedures related to process improvements.
