Job Purpose The Microsoft 365 & Identity Administrator is responsible for administering, supporting, and improving Valvoline Global’s directory services and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid directory synchronization, and Microsoft 365 administration. This role handles escalated administration and troubleshooting for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, directory synchronization, collaboration services, and related infrastructure. This is not a first-level service desk role. The successful candidate must be able to resolve technical issues, automate routine tasks, and work with limited direction. This role interacts with IT Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk teams, and external vendors. Primarily, this role will work with Engineering and Security internally to support secure, reliable, and well-managed directory and collaboration platforms for Valvoline Global. As a support resource, this role will engage with VIPs and other internal customers. Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly are required.
