Job Description We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build complex topics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, and custom extensions in Copilot Studio. Build & Solution end-to-end Copilot-powered solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder). Integrate Copilot solutions with Azure services , API Management , external systems, and enterprise data sources. Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) , escalation paths, fallback logic, and advanced conversation orchestration. Optimize bot performance using analytics, telemetry, usage data, and conversational metrics . Develop and review custom connectors , Azure Functions , Logic Apps , and integration frameworks. Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience in JavaScript. Requirements Minimum 5 years of total work experience required Min 2 years hands-on in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Strong expertise in Power Platform : Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder. Solid experience integrating solutions using Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, APIM). Strong understanding of LLM-driven bots , prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.
