The Work: The Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer is a key technical contributor responsible for designing, building, testing, and enhancing applications and automated solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. This role operates within a cross‑functional agile delivery team, translating user stories into high‑quality technical solutions while ensuring system stability, security, and long‑term maintainability. The developer will also support documentation, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure seamless delivery and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross‑functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements. Develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components. Design, code, and implement Power Platform applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices. Write unit tests and perform due diligence to confirm functionality meets acceptance criteria. Define development goals, estimates, and timelines to support agile delivery planning. Test application stability, performance, and functionality throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including bugs and integration problems. Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users or project teams. Maintain the integrity and security of application software, including adherence to enterprise standards. Here’s What You Need: Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL‑400 or higher). 3+ years of experience as a software developer using object‑oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++), including at least 2 years of direct Java experience. 3+ years of experience working with low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.; direct Microsoft Power Platform experience strongly desired. 3+ years of experience developing on relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB). 3+ years of data modeling experience, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects. 3+…
