Middle System Analyst

Our team develops and supports an enterprise ECM platform for the banking and fintech sectors, focused on document management and business process automation. Your future responsibilities: Collecting, analyzing and documenting software requirements Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for new or enhanced business processes/products Prepare specification documents for approved decisions Develop a system level view to ensure consistency in requirements Facilitate the alignment of end user requirements with system capabilities Explore integration points with external/internal systems and help development teams with integration Collaborate with development teams to understand architecture implications for business decisions Provide functional system support: handle Jira tickets, communicate with users, monitor systems and services, respond to incidents, and coordinate issue resolution Your skills and experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience Excellent analytical skills, able to design complex data flows and business processes Basic knowledge about microservices, UML, BPMN, SQL General understanding of the technologies used by the team: Java, Spring, SQL and NoSQL databases, Angular, AWS, Git and Kubernetes Experience in API specification, web-services and integration scenarios (including data flow & logic of components for integration) Strong problem solving skills, attention to details and result-oriented mindset Experience in user/application support and working with Jira Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and meeting facilitation skills Passionate team player, committed and self-motivated English level — Pre-Intermediate (or higher) We offer what matters most to you: Competitive salary: we guarantee a stable income and annual bonuses for your personal contribution.
