Overview
The primary role of the Operational/PBS SAFA is to provide valuable support to Flight Attendants. They do this by improving operational performance and assisting Flight Attendants with PBS Bidding. They also assist with various projects, initiatives, and goals as described below.
Responsibilities
Compile, report, and trend concourse activity.
Assist Flight Attendants with on-time departures, solving problems in real time.
Assist Flight Attendants with PBS bid options, scoring, point values, and monthly bid package reviews.
Assist Flight Attendants with online account log-in, SkyPro, or website questions.
Support base events, initiatives, and goals.
Become a subject matter expert in areas relevant to base initiatives, goals, and on-time departures.
Complete other duties as assigned by Inflight Base Management.
Monthly Credit Hours: 110 Credit hours per bid period, plus per diem.
Schedule: Days worked and shift lengths vary by domicile, and according to operational needs as determined by Inflight Base Management.
