The Role Lead engaging and playful soccer + sports classes for kids ages 2–10. Encourage growth with positive reinforcement and fun challenges. Requirements Experience working with children 5 years and under Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals HIGH ENERGY! Comfort with managing groups of children and adults Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback. Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing. Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
