Multiple Award BPA Program Manager

540 is looking for a Multiple Award BPA Program Manager that will lead the overall management, growth, execution, and delivery of a large-scale federal Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. This person will serve as the senior leader responsible for coordinating task order capture and proposal efforts, managing awarded task orders, overseeing subcontractors and teaming partners, ensuring strong contractual and financial performance, and maintaining trusted customer relationships throughout the life of the vehicle. This role requires extensive experience leading technology-focused federal contract vehicles at significant scale, including Multiple Award BPAs or IDIQs valued at $500M or greater and responsibility for portfolios exceeding $100M in awarded task orders. The ideal candidate has successfully managed multiple concurrent task orders from opportunity identification and proposal development through award, transition, delivery, performance management, and closeout. This position will support a large and evolving federal technology portfolio that may include software development, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data, artificial intelligence, systems integration, and digital modernization efforts.
