Share knowledge through internal communities, technical sessions, and engineering tracks. What We're Looking For Essential 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies. Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services. Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for clean, maintainable, high-quality software. Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile environments.
