Onset is seeking an experienced .NET Developer / Systems Developer Expert to support the Office of Mental Health's CNET and REMS refactoring and restructuring project. The selected resource will be responsible for implementing solutions for the CNET and REMS refactoring and restructuring project and other projects as needed, utilizing C#, .NET, PL/SQL, Oracle, and various other programming tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and maintaining n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core, and modern programming principles. The role will also require strong Oracle database and PL/SQL experience, web development expertise, source control experience, application troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance to other programmers. Responsibilities: Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC). Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher to design and develop applications using MVC, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XML. Develop and maintain n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, and .NET Core. Prepare scripts to create and modify Oracle tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, and views. Develop and maintain Oracle stored procedures, packages, functions, and cursors. Perform data conversion and migration when necessary. Design, diagnose, and troubleshoot application rules, calculations, reports, and data issues. Develop and maintain HTML and Crystal Reports and integrate reports with .NET applications. Mentor and assist state and consultant programmers with debugging, troubleshooting, application security, deployment, data access, data communications, and system architecture. Use source code repositories such as GitLab or Azure DevOps for source control, code check-in/check-out, and branching. Work within the IT Service Management System to manage application incidents and service requests. Diagnose and debug production issues reported through ITSM. Escalate critical production issues as necessary and participate in bridge calls to assist with diagnosis and resolution. Develop and maintain formal technical documentation based on system and business requirements. Interpret and analyze business requirements and translate them into application logic. Ensure applications follow applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 requirements. Support applications containing healthcare data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements. Report the status of current tasks and outstanding issues to the supervisor.
