Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, equipment, and applications Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates Support users with IT-related inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, or infrastructure improvements Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable and secure IT operations Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or final year) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT security principles Familiarity with Microsoft 365, hardware setup, and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills English proficiency is an advantage
