Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent Position Summary The Night Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all nighttime construction activities for a bus terminal project (3:30PM-12AM). This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. The Night Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader during off-hours, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining project continuity. Job Description Supervise and coordinate all night shift construction activities on-site Manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedule Enforce all safety policies and procedures; conduct nightly safety meetings and site inspections Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and regulations Maintain site security and control access during night operations Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays in real time Coordinate with the Day Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure seamless transition between shifts Review and track daily progress, productivity, and manpower reports Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets required standards Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and…
