Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for users, providing expert technical support within the Information Technology sector. Optimize search engine experiences by providing analytical insights and troubleshooting technical queries in Norwegian. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and efficient solutions. Stay updated on the latest IT trends and search engine product developments to provide informed advice.
