About the Role
As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, wellness, and acute care. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own patient panel while collaborating with experienced providers and a supportive clinical team.
With a streamlined workflow, dedicated scribe support, and a reasonable daily schedule, you'll have the opportunity to deliver thoughtful, personalized care while building lasting relationships with your patients.
