Your Role as an Occupational Therapist
Impactful Patient Care
Assessment and Goal Setting: Establish dynamic treatment goals through standardized and innovative assessment tools.
Therapy Sessions: Deliver one-on-one, group, and co-treatment sessions using play-based and research-backed interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to design and implement integrative treatment plans that consider sensorimotor, cognitive, and social aspects of care.
Family Partnership: Empower families by educating them on home –based strategies that extend therapeutic gains beyond the clinic.
Operational Excellence
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory requirements while supporting optimal billing practices.
Innovative Programming: Contribute to program development and help drive clinical excellence within our rapidly growing healthcare model.
Physical and Professional Demands
Deliver a minimum of 27 hours of direct patient care weekly (excluding training, documentation, and meetings).
