The Sales Portfolio Consultant is responsible for generating business from previous clientele data base. If you’re passionate about guest service and you are bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Spanish then come work with the best of the best in the automotive industry!
The Sales Portfolio Consultant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $18.70 - $20.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
*This position is 100% on site at Lexus of Stevens Creek in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities
Assists guests who are inquiring about vehicles over the phone by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Heavy outbound calling setting up appointments from our own clientele portfolio.
Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Follow-up with guests by phone who previously visited the dealership to ask for their business.
Provides guests with information on vehicle pricing (MSRP), packages, and availability.
Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to guests.
Informs about and introduces guests to dealership operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations.
Maintains daily activity records and reports.
Achieves the sales objectives set by management.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to guests.
Assists in all other areas of the sales department, as needed.
Performs other specific administrative duties as assigned by management.
Maintains professional appearance.
Maintains high ethical standards on all actions.
