Position Summary:
Your Impact (Essential Duties)
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflows and a high standard of service for partners, staff, and clients.
Serve as the central coordination point for operational needs, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions that support productivity and client service.
Maintain visibility into office priorities and operational demands, ensuring administrative resources are aligned to support business needs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to administrative team members, including Administrative Assistants and Senior Administrators.
Coordinate workload distribution, establish best practices, and ensure consistent administrative support across the office.
Support onboarding and training of new administrative staff while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, office workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Implement and maintain standardized practices related to scheduling, document management, meeting coordination, and office operations.
Partner with firm leadership to implement operational changes or new initiatives affecting the office.
Partner closely with the Office Partner-in-Charge and local leadership team to support office initiatives, meetings, and operational priorities.
